The title of this original artwork, painted whilst contemplating the outcome of the Indigenous Voice Referendum in Australia on October 14, refers to the rhythm found in languages ... the beauty and power of languages from all around our planet.

Highly unusual for a new original artwork to be placed here for sale straight from the studio but today I wish to honour the First Nations people of Australia and continue to be an ally committed to a respectful unified future that embraces the 65,000 year history of this country.

This original artwork is offered at a very special price of $150 - $50 from the sale with be donated to the Indigenous Literacy Foundation Festive Appeal 2023.

ABOUT: donating to ILF

All donations to our Foundation help us put books in the hands of children in remote Indigenous communities.
Our Book Supply program delivers culturally appropriate books where they are needed most, while Book Buzz engages younger children in reading with resource kits and first language translations. We work with communities in our Community Literacy Projects to help them write, illustrate and publish stories from community, with a focus on first languages.
