This workshop is highly comprehensive and includes material to be found in my long established SeedArtLab Workshops and NEW INK EXPERIMENTATION workshop AND in the COLOUR workshop.

THIS is a very intensive but most enjoyable two day experience as you are taken through the big ideas that have formed & shaped my own art practice, curiosity about the world & various branches of visual investigation and process.

Many later comment after this workshop how wide-ranging & invaluable the content is ... that what is shared is far more than simple steps or recipes for art processes but encouragement to take risks, jump in to the new, make connections to ideas with meaning, purpose, investigation and experimentation... the sense that there is always more to discover by adopting a curiosity for exploring and trying out new processes ... especially without being anxious of the outcomes!

ITS A SHARED ADVENTURE!

PLEASE text on 0430 599 344 if you wish to book for ONE DAY only ... AND NOTE ... if you are after a ONE or TWO day workshop on a later date please ask for dates!

There are options available all year & we'd love to help you find a suitable one.

Avoid confusion re the number of places available by dropping us a line or sending a quick text on 0430 599 344 before processing payment to save disappointment.

ABOUT THE ARTIST:

Munns’ practice is featured as a case study in the Cambridge textbook for Year 11 and 12 General Visual Art, Creative Inquiry: Visual Art for Queensland Senior Secondary Students, within Unit 1: Art as Lens. Her practice is a powerful illustration of how to use research and experimental creative processes to self-generate an inquiry question and create a significant body of work exploring ideas around biodiversity (specifically, seeds and seed diversity), through the lens of artistic practice.
“Seeds are a fascinating way to track the story of people interacting with places over millenia...” – Sophie Munns
